Please state your specifications as follows: 

1)  Lettering for top line, inside lettering color   (ex.  MEMORIAL, Scarlet)

2)  Lettering outline color  (ex. White)

3)  Lettering shadow background color, swoosh   (ex. Royal)

4)  Mascot or sport emblem - you can choose a design from the www.DakotaCollectibles.comwebsite.    Or, tell us your sport and we'll use a common  sport symbol with your approval.

5)  Location of embroidery,  Front or Back of garment.

We will confirm ALL details with you once we receive your order, and can supply a sewn-out sample (emailed to you) for your approval so you can be assured that your design will be produced as you have ordered.  No Minimum Qty!  Less than 12 items, a "less than 12" charge of $20.00 applies.    Mix and match garments to achieve 12 items!
