Full Size design perfect for pullover front or jacket back!    Please specify in Additional Instruction box displayed above:

#1) Choose available sport theme: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Softball or Volleyball;
#2) Choose lettering location, can be straight above or straight below sport design (ex: Indian Lake is "above");
#3) Lettering and color (ex: INDIAN LAKE/Black);
#4) Color of outline of sport lettering (ex: Red);
#5) Outline color of sport equipment (ex: Black).

Overall Size of design: 3.25" H x 10" W.    12,000 stitches

We will confirm ALL details with you once we receive your order, and can supply a sewn-out sample (emailed to you) for your approval so you can be assured that your design will be produced as you have ordered.  No Minimum Qty!  Less than 12 items, a "less than 12" charge of $20.00 applies.    Mix and match garments to achieve 12 items!
