1) Choose your sport symbol from drop down menu box.  Choose Font style for lettering. 

 

2) Lettering (ex. FOOTBALL)

 

3) Lettering Fill color (ex. Black)

 

4) Location of embroidery, Left or Right chest

 

5) Symbol color (ex. White)

 

We will confirm ALL details with you once we receive your order, and can supply a sewn-out sample (emailed to you) for your approval so you can be assured that your design will be produced as you have ordered. No Minimum Qty! Less than 12 items, a "less than 12" charge of $20.00 applies. 12 pcs can be a mix of styles, bags, blankets!
