How do I return an item? How much are restocking fees?

HOLLOWAY RETURN AUTHORIZATION:

We will honor returns for purchases made within the past 30 days.  Holloway will only accept items that they have issued a "Return Authorization #" (RA #) for.    Returns must then be shipped within 14 days after receiving the RA # or we cannot ensure that your returning item will be accepted at Holloway.   Items must still have tag attached, and be in new condition or it will not be accepted back.

 

Please READ all information below.

   

If you are not satisfied with your garment and it meets the Return Policy criteria, please notify us by email that you wish to make a return and include the necessary information listed below.  We will then contact Holloway for their RA #, and  advise you (by email) of the RA # and address to return the item to. 

 

We cannot be responsible for loss, and recommend that you utilize a "delivery confirmation" on any package you return.   

 

For a "Holloway" return, please supply the following information in your email:

*Your name and date (or approximate) of the original order.   Please supply your Order # found on your emailed receipt.   This would be found in the upper right hand corner of the acknowledgement emailed to you when you placed your online order.

 

*The item SIZE, STYLE, COLOR, if multiple items were purchased.

 

*Please advise on whether you'll be making an exchange, (which incurs a 10% restocking fee) or prefer a credit card refund which incurs a 20% restocking fee deduction.     The percentage is off the price you paid for the item.  However...

 

Size Sample orders (please see "size sample procedure" in our FAQ's)  do NOT incur restocking fees!  A win-win situation for you....

 

If you are exchanging, we will need you to please place a new online order for your replacements.   Once your return item is back and credited at Holloway, we will then credit your credit card for the purchase amount you originally paid.

 

We cannot ship out any replacements without a paid order on file.   We cannot cover any shipping charges incurred for your replacements.  

 

Note:   Holloway has instituted a new $5.00 minimum order fee for orders under $75.00.  This includes exchange orders.    We highly recommend you utilize our Size Sample process to avoid costly returns! 

 

If your original order received "free shipping", this does not carry over to a new order.

 

Returns can be costly for all involved...we highly recommend you take advantage of our "Size Sample" process which will eliminate the need for returns.  

 

Store Credits remain on file indefinitely and are transferable to another customer if you wish, such as another Team Manager.
