HOLLOWAY WARRANTY Process: Holloway offers a 1-year Manufacturing Defect guarantee and stands behind their excellent quality products. If you experience any problem, please email us so we can remedy the situation for you. Warranty does not apply to misuse, laundering issues, or decorating.
HOLLOWAY RETURN AUTHORIZATION Process: Return Policy - 21 days from original date of order/payment. Restocking fees apply, 10% if exchange is made, 15% if direct refund is requested with no exchange. Returns that are still in like-new condition, not worn, tag attached can be requested within 21 days of your original order date. Returns/Samples must be shipped to Holloway within 1 week after receiving the RA # please. Sorry, decorated or discontinued items are not returnable. Holloway will only accept items that they have issued a "Return Authorization/RA#" for.
If you received Free or Discounted shipping and then return items, requesting credit for the return, and order total then falls below the required minimum needed to receive the free or discounted shipping, please note that we may deduct from your credit due, or charge your card directly, the shipping charge that you would've incurred if the Free Shipping discount had not been issued. Shipping rates are based on weight and ship to address location. We regret the need for this disclaimer and deduction action if necessary.
Holloway will only accept items that they have issued a "Return Authorization/RA#" for. Items returned to Holloway that were not included in the RA list, may be returned to customer at customer's expense, with shipping charge applied to customer's credit card.
If you are not satisfied with your garment please notify us by email (link below for your convenience) that you wish to make a return and include the necessary information listed below. We will then contact Holloway for their RA #, and advise you by email of the RA number and address to return the item to. We cannot be responsible for loss, and recommend that you utilize a "delivery confirmation" on any package you return. For a return, please supply the following information in your email: 1) Your name and date (or approximate) of the original order. 2) Please supply your Varsity Teamwear Order # found on your emailed receipt, upper corner of your online acknowledgment. 3) The item SIZE, STYLE, COLOR, if multiple items were purchased. 4) Please advise on whether you'll be making an exchange, (which incurs a 10% restocking fee) or prefer a credit card refund which incurs a 15% restocking fee deduction. The percentage is off the price you paid for the item. Size Sample orders (please see "size sample procedure" in our FAQ's) do not incur restocking fees provided a team order is then placed (minimum 12 items) resulting from the size sample order. If you are exchanging, we will need you to please place a new online order for your replacements. Once your return item is credited by Holloway, we will credit your credit card for the purchase amount you originally paid, minus any applicable restocking fee. We cannot ship any replacements without a paid order on file. We cannot cover any shipping charges incurred for your replacements. Any items returned that an RA# was not issued for will be returned to original ship address, and original credit card on file may be charged for our incurred shipping cost in shipping item back to customer. If your original order received "free shipping", we're sorry, this discount does not carry over to a replacement order. I Returns can be very costly for all involved...we highly recommend you take advantage of our "Size Sample" process which will reduce the need for returns. Please see our FAQ's for more information. Store Credits remain on file indefinitely and are transferable to another customer if you wish, such as another Team Manager. Sales@VarsityTeamwear.com
